Peach Muesli With Berries

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients

2  cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

2  cups coarsely chopped fresh (peeled) or frozen (thawed) peaches

1-1/2  cups apple juice

One  8-ounce carton vanilla nonfat or peach nonfat yogurt

1/2  teaspoon vanilla

1  cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except berries; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Serve muesli cold topped with berries. Store covered in refrigerator up to four days.
